Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To help us provide timely care for all of our patients, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Surgery Cancellation Fee

Surgery appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or a missed surgery appointment will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule based on the Doctor’s schedule.

No-Show Policy

Appointments missed without at least 24 hours' notice will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
